I have chosen primrose oil carefully and stopped when I found the right dosage with adequate omega-6. Previous vitamins I took complemented it. The effect is markedly different; my cramps have vanished, and menstruation is much less uncomfortable. I intend to continue using it as it has truly enhanced my comfort. The tablets are easy to swallow and I store them in the fridge. A consistent intake of one to two months yields significant improvements.

I've regularly taken Evening Primrose Oil, only needing one pill daily due to its high concentration. It seems to benefit my overall health too, including my digestion. I haven't experienced any cramps, just some mild bloating now and then. I rely on them.

Reduces pain
Jarrow evening primrose is a fantastic product offered at a fair price! It has aided in alleviating my endometriosis and significantly reduced my leg cramps as well. I believe most women would benefit from this product!

Good for skin
Evening primrose oil is a nutritional supplement that I consume regularly. It is particularly beneficial for atopy and seems to improve diabetic skin as well. Most importantly, it significantly helps with leg cramps.
